Our client, a national wealth management firm, are looking for a T&C Manager to work with experienced and associate financial advisers to ensure they reach and maintain Competent Adviser Status (CAS).

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify individual and group training requirements
  • Developing and delivering their national training programme
  • Co-ordinating and leading the delivery of knowledge and skills training for advisers and supervisors to ensure Competent Adviser Status is achieved
  • Observing live client meetings and creating roleplay opportunities to assess ongoing adviser’s competence
  • Recording one to one meetings with advisers and be responsible for advisers ongoing competence under SMCR.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain robust development plans and deliver relevant training based on team objectives
  • Delivering company induction programmes to provide a positive introduction to the company for new entrants

Do you have the following to apply?

  • The Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning Dip PFS is essential
  • J07 (supervision in a regulated environment) or the equivalent would be a distinct advantage.
  • Significant prior experience in a training and competency role, specifically with Financial Advisers.
  • Experience of constructing financial planning advice would be advantageous
