I am working with a leading IT Consultancy that are looking for a UK Based Workforce Management Consultant for a new 6 month contract opportunity with their clientele in the Healthcare sector. You will be responsible for the implementation of WFM software across their clientele and being the go-to person for all WFM queries.

This is an Outside IR35 and Fully Remote opportunity with an ASAP start date.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in workforce management, consulting, or operational leadership, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Proven experience optimising workforce planning, scheduling, and staffing in healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare labour regulations, staffing requirements, and compliance standards (e.g., Joint Commission, state healthcare labor laws).
  • Expertise in workforce management tools and software such as Kronos, Cerner, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Project management skills and experience leading change initiatives in a healthcare environment.
