This well respected London based International bank are currently looking to recruit a professional and self motivated candidate to work within their busy Operations Service Management Team. To be considered for this role applicants must have gained previous Business Analysis & project support work experience within the banking sector. Duties will include:- To Create and maintain governance framework procedures within the banks EMEA branches by preparing monthly performance evaluation meetings, monitoring KPI's/KRI's and escalating issues. To study and document AS IS model by approaching relevant parties, analyse the result, design and agree with stakeholders on TO BE model. Contribute to further centralisation projects by gathering available materials to understand current process and system. Applicants must possess exemplary problem solving skills, as well as excellent stakeholder management work experience. Knowledge of Operations banking products such as Payments/Trade Finance or Loans would be advantageous. Full banking benefits apply.
