We are seeking a proactive and passionate Business Consultant to join our clients dynamic Business Growth team. As a Business Consultant, you will be instrumental in supporting our clients as they navigate their business growth and development. Your core responsibility will be to facilitate these businesses in attaining their ambitious growth and improvement plans through strategic analysis, expert guidance, and fostering innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth analyses of client businesses to understand their current performance, identifying gaps between where they are and where they aspire to be.

- Provide strategic advice and create tailored action plans for clients to achieve business growth, scale-up activities, and operational improvements.

- Foster strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, managing their individual needs and expectations throughout the growth journey.

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including researchers, technology developers, and industry experts, to identify opportunities for collaboration and innovation.

- Maintain a current understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and emerging technologies that can provide growth opportunities for clients.

- Support clients in the grant application process and advise on other funding opportunities that could support their growth objectives.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in management consulting, or a similar advisory role within a growth-focused environment.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the aptitude for relationship building and stakeholder management.

- An entrepreneurial mindset and a driven, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.

This is a fixed term contract with a strong likelihood of going perm.
