In this Business Development role you will be responsible for a particular region of London and the Home Counties, workingalongside the associated Foxtons branch to develop new business from existing clients and increase our market share within that area.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Growing our local market share by building relationships with potential vendors and landlords
  • Educating clients about the benefit of using Foxtons and helping guide them through the process of selecting an agent
  • Providing expert advice in relation to sales, lettings, New Homes & Investments, and finance
  • Utilising our database to build a pipeline of future business for yourself
  • Building and maintaining a fantastic working relationship with our front office teams

To provide the best service to our customers, the hours can be long but the payoff is huge - earning potential of up to £60,000, fully paid for 5* holidays twice a year for top performers, and fast tracked career progression based on how well you perform.

About You

Full training is provided so no experience is necessary for this role, however we really do look for the qualities mentioned in this advert. A background in sales is desirable, but not essential. Be prepared to display these during your interview process and during your time at Foxtons.

The property industry isn't for the fainthearted. We require a lot from our consultants, but we give even more back. Whilst you'll be focusing on building relationships and rapport to ensure our clients use our services, this is still a sales role. This involves a huge amount of resilience & tenacity, as well as being target driven and competitive. You'll need extremely strong communication skills and you must have an impressive work ethic.

Your commute must be within 45 minutes to our exciting Head Quarters based in the stunning Chiswick Business Park (W4 5BE)
