We have a new vacancy from our client who are an award-winning design and digital communications agency based in London. They have for many years helping organisations drive positive action in financial wellbeing, property marketing and branding. They use data, content and technology to help organisations change behaviours, increase motivation, improve performance and flourish by developing their brand and reputation.
They wish to recruit an individual to help drive new business. The title is quite fluid but in essence it called be called a business development role, managing new clients from the initial meeting to final delivery, being both proactive and confident in supporting the client journey.
This delivery will be because of a can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic creative / digital environment. Also being able to apply knowledge of; UK pensions (DB and DC), Reward & Benefits and Financial Wellbeing to hold engaging conversations
The successful candidate will be a fantastic personality fit being this is a small team, self-motivated and come from a background including Financial Services (Employee benefits and or Pensions background) plus digital creative content/ communication. Experience of RFP.s would also be an advantage.
