Business Process Analyst - HRIS, Stakeholders, Process Mapping, Process Modelling
Our top tier global law firm client are currently looking to take on a new Business Process Analyst (HRIS, Stakeholders, Process Mapping, Process Modelling) on a temporary basis. This role will work closley with HR teams to analyse and improve their people processes.
The role takes an active part in indentifying and documenting current core people processes across the global HR Function and will conduct process assessement to analyse data and identify areas of improvement and opportunity for increased efficiency.
To be considered for this Business Process Analyst (HRIS, Stakeholders, Process Mapping, Process Modelling) role, it's ideal you have:
- 3 + years within a similar position
- Ideal but not required law firm experience
- Experience with HRIS Systems
Responsibilities
- Identify and document current core people processes across the global HR function.
- Conduct process assessments and analyse data to identify and capture local variations and identify areas of improvement and opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and define process improvement goals and objectives.
- Develop process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
- Identify and recommend a suite of process performance metrics to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and facilitate process improvement workshops and brainstorming sessions.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to leverage technology solutions for process automation and optimisation.
