Your new role

A Business Process Analyst is required to join the Business Solutions team, to manage multiple workflow enhancement projects, gather detailed Business requirements, document process workflows and arrange user acceptance testing for key projects. The candidate will also be expected to get involved in other relevant projects within the Business Solutions team as and when required.

The key applications supported are Charles River and an in-house Middle/ Backoffice system amongst several others. The Business Process Analyst will work closely with the Head of Business Solutions to analyse possible system solutions on Front/ back office and K2 applications. There will be a requirement to document business and functional requirements for the IT Development team and provide day-to-day support to developers and business users during the development and testing phases.

The Business Process Analyst will also liaise with client relationship directors, Operations team and the front-office to ensure sign off is received for project deliverables. They will determine success criteria and create test scenarios and test cases for all roll-outs, working closely with the System Support Manager.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong experience in Business Process Analysis roles
  • Good Process mapping, process re-engineering and process analysis experience
  • Experience of working with Process mapping tools such as Visio, Asana etc
  • Knowledge of Financial services - ideally Asset management
  • Good stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to act as the conduit between business and IT stakeholders
