What we're looking for:

? 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst on large and complex projects.? At least 3 years of experience using BPM tools like ARIS, Signavio, or Blueworks (or strong process visualisation and notation skills).? Proven expertise in process reengineering, Value Stream Mapping, Pareto Analysis, and Cause and Effect Diagrams.? Experience facilitating workshops with SMEs and senior stakeholders to model current-state processes.? Strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.? A track record of developing business and digital automation requirements.? Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage stakeholders and drive buy-in.? Experience creating instructional and procedural documentation.
