Role Overview:
As a Business Process Analyst (BPA), you will play a key role in analysing, optimizing, and improving business processes within the platform. Your work will contribute to enhancing system functionality and ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis and Optimization:
- Assess current business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend and implement solutions to enhance the platform's performance.
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Gather, interpret, and analysedata from building management systems.
- Use insights to inform process development and decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Engage with internal teams and external clients to understand requirements.
- Ensure process improvements align with business objectives and user needs.
- Documentation:
- Develop clear documentation for existing workflows and proposed changes.
- Support training initiatives through comprehensive process guides.
- Project Support:
- Assist in implementing process enhancements.
- Conduct testing, training, and support adoption of new functionalities.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong ability to assess data and business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with building management systems and data analytics tools is beneficial.
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.
- A degree in business management, information systems, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
