Adopting a larger Transformation journey, the need for this role has arisen to provide additional band width and support within the team to ensure the Finance Systems and Product team are able to continue to deliver core BAU aspects as well as support the wider Projects.
With experience working of working within accounting functions, or indeed having taken part in System Development, Transformation or Support roles - the Business Process Analyst will work closely with immediate stakeholders to support on the following deliverables:
- Ensuring user understanding, awareness and correct authorisations within the finance systems
- Review existing processes with an open minded approach to use prior experience to enhance, develop and improve current processes - challenge the status quo and be motivated to improve the current state
- Provide support to users and inform, educate and advise on system policy/process across current and pending SAP products (including experience with R3, ECC and/or S/4 Hana)
- Oversee processes related to core professional services billing processes including allocation of time to various assignments
