We are working with a renowned IT Consultancy service provider who seeks Business Process Specialist on a contractual basis.
In this role, you will be seconded to working with a globally established insurance provider within their P&C department.
The ideal candidate will be capable of:
- Identifying process optimisation opportunities in Underwriting
- Engage with Onshore underwriting teams for support activities, including BPO
- Produce an operating model of on/offshore supporting non-UW activities
- Comprehension of non-UW team activities which can be handed over to operations teams
- Establish the resourcing model of UW support services spearheaded by on/offshore operations teams by producing and tracking project timelines efficiently
- Ensuring benefit and prioritisation frameworks align to gathered requirements
- Utilising well-regarding improvement methodologies to drive process optimisation
- Creating the right collateral when required, e.g. As-Is & To-Be process map, RACI, Charter etc
- Ensuring optimised process controls are in place to create sustainability
- Stakeholder engagement and management.
Required:
- Work experience in P&C Insurance in Quote-to-bind process previously
- Experience with operating models end to end
- Worked within an underwriting capacity
- Worked within On/Offshore environments
- Full UK right to work without restriction (no sponsorship provided)
