Our client is seeking an experienced Business Transformation Lead to navigate the changing landscape of their business. This role will be at the forefront of implementing new systems, AI, and different working patterns, ensuring that these changes positively impact both the business and its colleagues. The successful candidate will establish and lead a small but influential team, providing insight into business change impacts and designing operating model transformations.
As the Business Transformation Lead, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for leading transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with the firm's overall strategic goals, acting as a subject matter expert on all operating model insight, design, and transformation work. Your ability to balance cost efficiency with service excellence will be key in developing criteria for task allocation across operating models. You will ensure that the change impact of other major projects is understood and reflected in your work.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Establish the business case for transformation programmes and secure support from key stakeholders.
- Ensure resources and expertise are available to deliver ambitious transformation objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to global leadership.
- Assess current state operating models and develop solutions on a global basis.
- Develop sourcing and location strategy for global service delivery.
- Understand opportunities to upskill colleagues and leverage technologies for operational efficiencies.
- Monitor industry for innovation, trends, and thought leadership.
- Identify change impacts from other major firm transformation projects.
- Develop a change management and communications approach.
- Maintain key stakeholder relationships.
The Business Transformation Lead, will bring extensive experience from wide-scale global operating model transformation projects within a professional services environment. Your deep understanding of professional service business support transformation will be invaluable in this role, coupled with your proven track record of working with senior stakeholders to lead business change initiatives and facilitate improvements in business support operating models. Your strong knowledge of trends and innovation within the business support space will help drive forward-thinking strategies.
