  • Conduct Excellent Research: Utilise strong research skills to find the right individuals within an organisation.
  • Stakeholder Analysis: Perform stakeholder triangulation to understand brand dynamics and needs.
  • Pipeline Building: Generate a new business pipeline through direct selling to leads, cold calling, conducting sales campaigns and networking with colleagues and contacts in the industry.
  • Follow and Inform a Consistent Process: Learn and execute in line with the 'Playbook’, including best practice in areas such as lead capture, opportunity assessment, qualification and bid management.
