iO Associates are working with a leading healthcare solutions provider dedicated to improving care through innovative technology and transformative consulting services. They work in collaboration with healthcare professionals to re-design care models and pathways, with the end goal of enhancing patient outcomes across the whole of the UK.

Role Overview:

The business are looking to hire a Transformation Lead to join their senior leadership team on a permanent basis. This role will blend project management, customer success & service, and consultative revenue generation responsibilities within the complex healthcare market. The successful candidate will drive change, lead quality improvement initiatives, and cultivate strong relationships with their partners.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite level clients to drive digital transformation

- Serve as the primary escalation contact, foster positive outcomes, and oversee client health and revenue metrics

- Create and implement account strategies, ensure alignment with regional plans, and develop ICS opportunities

- Gain client insights, work on market intelligence, identify new partnership opportunities, and assist in new business initiatives

Skills:

  • Proven experience in a consulting or delivery role within the healthcare sector
  • Strong background in project delivery, service integration, and client consulting
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with key third-party stakeholders and clients
  • Proven ability to create and implement strategies and plans
  • Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in healthcare
  • Coach and inspire the wider team, involvement at SLT level (desirable)
