Key Requirements for the HLS Salesforce Business Consultant:
- Already be a Subject Matter Expert in Healthcare, Life Science and Pharmaceutical.
- Able to support projects in applying operating model optimisations using the Salesforce platform.
- Grow and maintain client relationships to advance the end client’s objective and to be their trusted advisors, to enable their strategy from operating model to enablement.
- Business development and bid response experiences.
- Complete solution and technology architecture.
- Presentation skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience.
- Strength in project management and agile delivery.
- Stay on top of the latest trends within HLS.
- Able to train and coach colleagues and build the broader consulting capability.
