A not for profit organisation are looking for an Interim Senior HR Business Partner for an initial 6 months. The role is to lead on a large scale TUPE project (in and out), alongside the consultation process. The role is based in London, offering hybrid working.

A Interim Senior HR Business Partner to:

- Operate as a true HR generalist within the organisation

- Partner with the organisation on operational and strategic priorities

- The priority initially will be to lead on a large scale TUPE program (in and out)

- Lead on the consultation process and change process

Profile

A Interim Senior HR Business Partner with:

- Previous experience a large scale TUPE process

- Able to start in the next 2 weeks

- Previous experience working in the private sector essential

- Hands on experience
