Our client, a prominent provider of construction technology solutions, is seeking an experienced Professional Services Consultant to support their growing client base across the UK and Europe. About the Role

As a Professional Services Consultant, you will lead and support new customer implementations, ensuring seamless deployment and user adoption of our client’s innovative construction technology solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, you will deliver technical and functional expertise, fostering solid and long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage SaaS implementations, ensuring clients experience smooth deployment and full value realisation.
  • Conduct presentations for clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating product benefits.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, addressing needs and gathering feedback for improvements.
  • Deliver training sessions to equip users with essential knowledge.
  • Collaborate across departments to address client requirements and create documentation.
  • Analyse client business processes, particularly supplychain interactions.
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with leadership to expand client engagement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.    
  • 1-2 years experience in management consulting focusing on SaaS or cloud-based implementations.    
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.    
  • Exceptional client relationship and communication skills, with proficiency in presentations.    
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.    
  • Commercial acumen with an innovative approach to business.
  • AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry experience is a plus.
  • French language speaking is a plus.
