PEGA specialist, PEGA systems expert, PEGA consultant (PEGA business Process Management (BPM) (Long term contract) Banking, finance, LondonWe are seeking a highly skilled PEGA Specialist/Expert/Consultant to enhance our business process management capabilities and support our ongoing digital transformation initiatives.We expect high proficiency in the following area:* experience of the PEGA platform, with ability to use PEGA to design and build reusable solutions across multiple lines of business* understanding of the latest PEGA features and how they can benefit our existing applicationsUnderstanding UNIX, basics of Pega engine with cloud setup* Orchestration Workflow Tool - experience in: BPM, Kubernetes, WebserverKey ResponsibilitiesPEGA Development & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement PEGA BPM solutions to streamline and optimize business processes within the banking and finance domain.Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional PEGA applications.Customization & Integration: Customize PEGA applications to meet specific business needs and integrate them with existing systems and databases.Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of PEGA applications, ensuring high availability and reliability.Best Practices & Standards: Establish and enforce PEGA best practices, coding standards, and guidelines across the project lifecycle.Training & Support: Provide training and support to internal teams, ensuring effective utilization and maintenance of PEGA applications.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to PEGA applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Qualifications & ExperiencePEGA Certification: or equivalent certifications.Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working with PEGA , with a strong track record in the banking and finance sector.Technical Skills:Proficiency in PEGA PRPC (PEGA Rules Process Commander) and related tools.Strong understanding of PEGA frameworks, integration components, and APIs.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in an Agile development environment.Soft Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV.
