About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute a strategic people plan aligned with business objectives

?? Strong change & transformation experience, delivering HR initiatives that impact business success
?? Commercially astute, with the ability to drive value through HR
?? Comfortable balancing both strategic and operational HR responsibilities
?? Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills
