We have partnered with one of the most profitable Lloyd's syndicates in the market to find them Pricing analyst/Actuary to join their rapidly growing team. This is an incredibly high exposure role which enables the successful applicant to work across multiple classes of business, within the insurance, reinsurance and Partnership / Innovation divisions. This role is not limited to but includes:

  • A forward facing nature giving you the opportunity to support broker negotiations and to sit closely with the underwriting team.
  • The chance to work strategically whilst also being involved with technical aspects of pricing, including assisting with model development and recalibration.
  • Deep diving into pricing from a birds eye view so you will get to see how your work directly impacts the overall profitability of the business

The ideal candidate will have strong general insurance pricing experience and good exam progression, either nearly / newly FIA. Excellent communication and technical skills are essential for this role as you will be working closely with the underwriters and brokers, while also assisting the model development process.

  • GI Actuarial Pricing experience
  • Full UK working rights
  • Strong IT skills
