In this position, you will:
- Engage with stakeholders to thoroughly understand current processes, workflows and procedures, highlighting areas for enhancement
- Gain in-depth knowledge of your assigned business areas by delving into the specifics of each business process and its intended outcomes
- Create and implement streamlined processes to boost efficiency, productivity and stakeholder satisfaction
- Pinpoint operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks, recommending improvements through business process modelling and reengineering techniques
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to daily operations
- Assess the impact of implemented changes, capturing lessons and identifying further improvement possibilities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a process analyst with a track record of documenting complex business processes and identifying improvements
- Knowledge of process mapping and modelling methodologies
- Understanding of process improvement approaches, preferably with Lean Six Sigma knowledge
- Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to deliver process improvement artefacts across multiple or complex work programmes
- Competence with data analysis tools and techniques
- Superior written and verbal communication
- Strong listening skills
- Capacity to convey messages effectively to different audience
