Eames are partnered with a global insurer, currently seeking a dynamic and experienced DA professional to lead and manage agency business operations in a key leadership role. In this role you will oversee the performance of allocated agencies, drive business development, and support onboarding of new agents. You will work closely with senior management to implement tailored strategies and ensure all decisions align with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing the due diligence process, driving delegated authority oversight, and promoting client-centric solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering presentations and driving initiatives across multiple boards and committees.

Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain high-quality service delivery and ensure compliance with industry regulations. You will play a central role in managing projects, leveraging your expertise to innovate and improve business processes.
