In this role you will oversee the performance of allocated agencies, drive business development, and support onboarding of new agents. Your responsibilities will include managing the due diligence process, driving delegated authority oversight, and promoting client-centric solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering presentations and driving initiatives across multiple boards and committees.
