This role is for you!Our client, a global B2B events company, is looking to add an Audience Development Executive to their Central London-based team.This is an opportunity to engage senior executives and drive audience participation for their international event portfolio.This is a full-time, permanent role, offering hybrid working (1 day a week in their Central London office) and a competitive salary up to £35K + benefits, with frequent client visits, international events, and networking dinners.

The Person:* Ideally, you'll have experience in audience development or relationship building in a B2B environment* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage at C-level* A proactive, sales-driven mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting* Experience using CRM systems to manage data and generate insights* Willingness to travel internationally for events and attend networking dinners
