The Role:

As an BDR, you’ll be responsible for:

? Identifying and qualifying potential customers across the UK and Germany

? Engaging with senior decision-makers to generate new business opportunities.

? Conducting outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a strong sales pipeline.

? Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For:

?? Fluent in German (native or C2 level) & English - You’ll be engaging with clients across multiple markets.

?? Sales-driven mindset - You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love hitting targets.

?? Strong communication skills - Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders.

?? SaaS or B2B experience (preferred) - An understanding of technology sales is a plus.

Hybrid Working:

This role offers hybrid flexibility, requiring travel to the office 4 days per week and one day working from home.
