A dynamic, Top 20 national accountancy firm requires a talented Business Development & Marketing Executive to join their close and supportive team.

The team's overarching purpose is to support in retaining and maximising existing clients, help win new ones and manage and enhance the firm's brand. The Business Development & Marketing Executive will play a key role supporting and delivering strategic plans and initiatives. You will collaborate with other members of the team to ensure an efficient, aligned approach and also to share best practice and innovation. Influencing and supporting team strategic priorities and initiatives, you will enjoy a broad role encompassing the entire business development and marketing mix. Managing and monitoring budgets and resource to ensure return on investment, the role holder will research and communicate market opportunities, develop and implement targeted BD campaigns, focus on client retention and maximisation through client care and planning and support on bids, tenders and presentations. On the marketing side, the successful applicant will manage campaigns, ensuring they’re focused and measured, produce and optimise engaging content, including articles, reports and brochures, keep web and social media channels up-to-date and assist with events.

The Business Development & Marketing Executive will have proven experience working in a professional services environment, preferably in an accountancy or law firm, and will possess a good understanding of the planning and delivery of marketing and business development. An enthusiastic and energetic team player, capable of managing multiple projects, the ideal candidate will possess the confidence to persuade, influence and challenge and will feel comfortable interacting with people of all levels. A sound knowledge of digital marketing and CRM systems is also essential.
