- Previous experience and connections working in a similar sector, such as Membership, Grant Making and Charities
- A proven ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities and drive growth.
- Confidence in presenting ideas, building relationships, and producing engaging content.
- Experience in leveraging social media platforms to engage audiences and build brand awareness.
- Understanding of funding, grants, social impact, and local authority procurement processes.
- A track record of promoting and selling services, events, or training opportunities.
- Ability to work closely with consultants and leadership to align business development with organisational goals.
