We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join an expanding team!About the Role:You'll be a key player in the success, working with a talented team to manage and grow existing client relationships, while also expanding our reach by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the exciting world of global finance. Here's what you'll do:

  • Unlock New Growth: Proactively identify and pursue new business leads within the global finance sector, utilising tools like LinkedIn and industry data.
  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Develop strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring they are happy and engaged.
  • Drive Results: Contribute to the company's success by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Embrace Teamwork: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven Proactive Sales Experience: You have a strong understanding of the sales process, prospecting experience and have successfully built relationships with clients.
  • Strategic Mindset: You're a strategic thinker with a drive to succeed in a sales role.
  • Exceptional Communication: You're a natural communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Organised & Efficient: You're highly organised and possess strong time management skills.
  • You are comfortable using a CRM and other technology tools.

What's on Offer:

  • Enjoy a salary of £28,000 - £34,000 with a realistic OTE of £37,000 - £44,000.
  • Hybrid - 1 day per week in the London Office
