Working flexibly (main HQ in West London but with the potential to travel, fully expensed, across the UK), this is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate.Our client have been established for 45 years, and offer high-quality nutritional products to clients across 90 countries. In addition to the products on offer, our client also empower their customers to work alongside/for them, providing their own independent distribution solution to support their wider community to embrace a healthier, more active lifestyle. Due to their growth, they are actively seeking the perfect candidate to come and join them in a Business Development Coaching capacity, leading the sales team to centralise knowledge from members across the UK, Ireland and Iceland, acting as the bridge between the company and their many independent distributors. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:- Conducting regular visits (both in person and over video) with independent distributors/members, in order to understand successes/challenges and providing these insights back to the Country Director- Assisting members in terms of business strategy/planning, helping to identify any particular training needs (and ensuring great spirits!)- Sharing successful learns with the wider member community, in order to help the business exceed all sales/revenue expectations- Acting as an ambassador of the business at local/national/international events- Applying a forward-looking lens to support the region's growth, helping to influence successIn order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:- Leadership/coaching capacity within the Health/Fitness/Sports industry(s)- Positive/healthy outlook on life, and a genuine desire/discipline to keep fit, etc- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the type of engaging personality to really resonate with audiences- Ability to quickly build rapport with others in order to identify needs/achieve shared objectives- Experience of working to/exceeding KPI's/targets, utilising strategy to do so- Full UK driving licence, with own car (allowance provided)- Fun, sociable personality!In addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:- Car allowance / fuel card- Hybrid approach to work (very much your diary, with the likelihood of 2/3 days a week in the West London HQ)- Annual bonus (based on individual/company performance - c/10%)- Free parking at West London HQ (and unlimited access to all food/drink in the kitchen!)- Private Medical Insurance/Life Insurance/Pension scheme- 50% discount on company products- Amazing progression opportunities!Our client are looking to move very quickly on this, so any interested candidate(s) are urged to apply at their earliest convenience!
