This is an incredible opportunity for a BD Assistant with around 6 months experience to step up into a Business Development Coordinator role for a leading US Law firm in the City!

You'll work with some of the industries most talented BD/Marketing seniors who you'll be able to learn from whilst also having lots of autonomy. This is a varied role across BD, Marketing and Events including lots of project work.

Salary: up to 40k

Requirements: circa 6 months experience in a BD/Marketing/Pitches or Bids role in a professional services business (ideally legal)

Hybrid: 4 in 1 home

Key duties include:

  • Assist in producing marketing and BD materials including but not limited to: pitches, client alerts, newsletters and blogs, including creating first drafts and regular posts to the firms blog
  • To track key dates and deadlines for directories and awards whilst assisting with preparing submissions
  • Maintenance of practice area credentials, key deals, awards, and deal reporting
  • Gather and collate business content from the team and fee earners to support regular internal communications
  • Maintenance of website information in relation to lawyer biographies, credentials and other content
  • Providing support for internal and client events, working with the Events team
  • Research tasks covering clients, competitors and the wider market
