As we continue to expand and grow our group of companies, we’re looking for a passionate and dynamic candidate to drive our growth by managing all marketing activities, including social media and business development initiatives.

Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven applicant to lead the marketing and business development strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, overseeing digital and social media activities, and identifying new business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with our Directors and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of marketing efforts that contribute directly to the business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Collaborate with the Directors to develop and implement social media and marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Analyse marketing and social media data to track performance, optimise strategies, and drive improvements.
  • Create and execute innovative campaigns that engage and resonate with target audiences, increasing reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities to drive growth.

Content Creation & Social Media Management:

  • Create and curate engaging social media content, including images, videos, and text, across platforms like Instagram, Youtube and TikTok.
  • Timely creation and posting of blog content for our website
  • Plan and manage social content shoots to deliver high-quality, aesthetic visuals aligned with our brand.
  • Write and proofread copy with attention to detail, ensuring flawless grammar and spelling.
  • Manage and engage our online social community by monitoring and responding to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback on social platforms.
  • Research competitors and businesses of note, influencers, and viral campaigns to inform current and fresh ideas.
  • Continuously explore new ways to engage with our audience and build stronger connections online.
  • Ensuring all content is clinically accurate and legally compliant

Campaign Execution & Analysis:

  • Work with internal teams, including creation, design, and development, to brief, implement, and deliver successful marketing and digital solutions.
  • Monitor campaign performance using online and social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer, and adjust strategies based on KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and industry best practices, implementing new strategies when appropriate.
  • Report KPIs to the Directors and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Business Development & Client Relationships:

  • Build and nurture relationships with current and potential clients, driving engagement through personalised communications.
  • Identify and pursue potential partnerships and collaborations to enhance the clinic’s visibility and brand presence.
  • Help manage relationships with external partners (both digital marketing and PR), influencers, and media contacts to maximise the reach of marketing campaigns.
  • Drive new business verticals as detailed in job specification

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a marketing or social media role, with a track record of managing campaigns and growing online communities
  • Excellent knowledge of key social media platforms (Instagram, Youtube, TikTok) and familiarity with their respective audiences.
  • Experience with content creation and editing software such as Canva, Photoshop or CapCut, iMovie/ other video editing software
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush, AHREFs, Moz and other digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance, assess results, and optimise campaigns accordingly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and creative mindset, with a passion for creating engaging and high-quality content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
  • A passion for healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics is a plus.
  • Native English or Advanced language proficiency.
