Role overview:The role exists to drive delegate engagement at the company’s events, attracting senior executives from large companies like Barclays, GSK, and Shell. You will take charge of the full delegate lifecycle—from researching potential attendees on LinkedIn to building relationships via outreach through emails, calls, and video meetings. The goal is to ensure successful engagement at the events. This is a high-energy role in a vibrant office, offering opportunities for rapid personal and professional growth. The team enjoys regular social events and early finishes (3pm) on Fridays. Based in a dynamic part of London, you’ll be working in the WeWork office at Waterloo, with access to all WeWork facilities. ? What you’re good at: • Researching and identifying prospects on LinkedIn and other sources• Engaging confidently with senior executives over video calls (Teams, Zoom)• Excellent written communication skills• Highly organised with a solution-focused mindset• A team player willing to exceed customer expectations ?
