We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to help us expand our reach and grow our business. We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, supplemented by a performance-based bonus, car allowance, workplace pension support, and 28 days of holiday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and performance KPIs.
  • Proactively identify and research lead opportunities.
  • Initiate cold calls or contact clients and prospects within the assigned region and industries.
  • Increase the value of existing customers through strategic engagement.
  • Provide accurate and compelling quotations to customers.
  • Negotiate agreements and successfully close sales.
  • Represent London Security Services at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
  • Handle incoming calls and perform some clerical duties as needed.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Create and oversee marketing campaigns, including social media and e-commerce initiatives, and produce monthly performance reports.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with existing customers through excellent customer service, addressing complaints, receiving feedback, and effective negotiation.
  • Attend sales and business meetings with the aim of converting new leads into clients.
  • Promote the full range of services offered by London Security Services.
  • Analyse market trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information to enhance marketing and sales performance.
  • Explore new market technologies to drive sales.
  • Track sales data to meet and exceed targets.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as identified by management.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Higher Education qualification (Degree, Diploma, or NVQ).
  • Previous experience in a Business Development and Sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Security Service industry within or outside the UK.
  • Demonstrated expertise in various marketing tactics.
  • Exceptional negotiation and sales skills.
  • Results-driven, organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence, determination, and resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Self-motivation with a competitive spirit.
  • Experience in B2B sales and social media management.
  • Full UK driver’s license.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Windows.
