We’re recruiting on behalf of a rapidly expanding TikTok Marketing agency that's on the hunt for a expericned sales professional to support their growth plans. Our client is a trailblazer in TikTok Shop marketing, working with top brands to maximise their potential on the platform. From setting up and managing TikTok Shops to creating engaging content that drives sales, they are at the cutting edge of e-commerce innovation. The  Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Business Development Exec to join a growing agency and be part of its expansion. You’ll be focused on identifying and approaching brands looking to enhance their growth and sales through TikTok Shop marketing. The ideal candidate will come from a software, SaaS, digital sales, or marketing agency background, with a proven ability to deliver business growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage potential clients in the e-commerce space.
  • Approach and build relationships with businesses looking to grow through TikTok Shop marketing solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and effective delivery of services for new clients.
  • Stay updated on TikTok Shop trends and developments to position the agency as an industry leader.
  • Meet and exceed business development targets and KPIs.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, expanding its network and client base.
About You:
  • Proven business development or sales experience in a relevant industry such as software, SaaS, digital marketing, or a marketing agency.
  • A track record of successfully driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ambition to grow and develop your career in line with the agency’s growth, with opportunities for leadership roles.
