The base salary will start at £22,000 but the role offers Lifetime commission set at 5% from all sales linked to your activity (as long as you remain employed).Expected commission would average approximately £10k to £15k in year one and £15k - £25k in year two as you start building up your clientsHow you expect the candidate to spend their day:

  • The candidate will engage with a qualified list of senior marketing professionals to introduce and onboard them to our Project Hub — a free resource that helps marketing managers scope digital projects.
  • Using a VOIP-based calling system and CRM, they will manage outreach, track engagement, and ensure timely follow-ups. Their focus will be on building rapport, explaining the benefits of the Project Hub, and guiding professionals through the sign-up process, with regular progress reporting.

The calls/leads are highly curated, it is a very carefully planned campaign that goes hand in hand with other marketing efforts - you would be contacting CMOs and marketing managers exclusively.The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

  • Confident, engaging, and professional in communication
  • Naturally persuasive, with strong relationship-building skills
  • Resilient and adaptable, able to handle rejection with a positive attitude
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset
  • Empathetic listener, able to understand the needs of senior professionals

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer engagement, sales, or business development (preferably B2B)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with using CRM systems and VOIP-based calling platforms
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus, but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets
  • A professional and courteous manner when engaging with senior stakeholders
