The Role

We are seeking experienced and motivatedBusiness Development Executivesto join our expanding team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and establishing strategic relationships within complex and regulated markets.

Location:Working from home with occasional requirement to work from our offices in Central London (Bank Station/Moorgate)

Rate: Competitive Base Salary plus commission

Reports to:Head of Client Solutions.

Working Pattern:Full time, Permanent


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within regulated sectors.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed financial targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
  • Share knowledge of claims and remediation, collections, and regulatory challenges to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with market demands.


Role Requirements

  • Relevant experience in sales or business development.
  • Background in BPO, Recruitment, Consultancy, or Sales is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in complex or regulated markets such as Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, Payments, or Financial Crime.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory challenges within these industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
