Business Development Representative Up to 80k + bonus, good bens

A very exciting and unusual role. Our client is a fast-growing cyber security and compliance provider, and we're on the hunt for a Business Development Representative to amplify their brand and help them stay ahead in the market. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams, you will take the lead on 'top of the funnel' lead generation, using multi-touch approaches and continued outreach to ensure the company stays on the prospect's radar.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through multi-touch outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and social selling).
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a strong pipeline for the sales team.
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns to stay on the radar of high-potential prospects.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospects' needs and pain points.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track and manage lead interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Continuously test and iterate outreach methods to improve engagement rates and conversion.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience with business development and lead generation, ideally within the tech / cyber security sector
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for prospecting and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with a persuasive yet consultative approach.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • A creative, strategic thinker who can personalize outreach and adapt to different buyer personas.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment.
  • A team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
