Role:

Our client is looking for a motivated and strategic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a London-based team. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers, setting the foundation for long-term success. You will be rewarded throughout the sales cycle and paid on both meeting attendance and pipeline creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential customers through outreach channels such as calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior executives and customer success leaders across diverse industries.
  • Qualify and prioritise prospects, understanding their unique needs and goals.
  • Work closely with Account Executives by laying the groundwork for successful discovery calls with both SMB and enterprise-level clients.
  • Represent the company as the first point of contact, delivering a professional and personalised introduction to the brand.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and adapt your outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Contribute to the team’s long-term growth strategies while meeting immediate goals and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of high performance in a B2B sales, SDR/BDR, or recruitment (12+ months experience preferred).
  • A curious mindset, eager to learn about products, prospects, and the customer success industry.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for asking the right questions and active listening.
  • A results-driven attitude, capable of setting and achieving clear goals while building lasting relationships.
  • Self-motivation and a growth mindset, thriving on feedback and continuous improvement.
  • London office based.
  • Fluency in additional European languages (e.g., German, Dutch, or Nordic languages) is a massive plus but not required.
