We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) with a strong background in selling consultancy services, particularly in digital transformation. This is a high-growth role, offering the opportunity to directly impact the success of our business while earning uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify, research, and engage with potential clients, generating leads for digital transformation consultancy services.- Outbound Sales: Confidently make cold calls and engage with decision-makers at C-suite and senior management levels to drive initial conversations and set up meetings.- Pipeline Management: Nurture prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring consistent and high-quality communication.- Collaboration: Work closely with the Client Partner team to strategize and win new business, including responding to RFPs and closing deals.- New Business Acquisition: Focus on winning new logos and expanding our footprint across various sectors, including finance, insurance, retail, and manufacturing and more.- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to position the consultancy's services effectively.- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and progress in CRM systems.- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed targets for leads, meetings, and closed business.

Requirements:

- Experience: 2-3+ years in a Business Development or Sales role, with a proven track record of selling consultancy services (in digital transformation).- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital transformation solutions, such as cloud services, process automation, data analytics, and organizational change management.- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to clearly articulate complex solutions to senior stakeholders.- Sales Skills: Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and working in a target-driven environment.- Collaboration: Proven ability to work as part of a team, particularly with Client Partners and Solutions Architects, to achieve shared goals.- Resilience: Self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented, with the ability to overcome challenges and objections.- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
