This role focuses on outbound prospecting (80%), generating high-quality leads and booking meetings for Account Executives. With a clear pathway, you can progress to an Account Executive role within 18 months.

Hybrid role: 2 days per week in our London office (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Competitive package: £34K base + £4.8K bonus (uncapped)

3. Requirements

We're looking for candidates who:

  • Are recent graduates with internship experience (ideally in finance or B2B sales)
  • Have strong communication skills and a resilient attitude
  • Are proactive, organised, and driven to hit targets
  • Are eager to learn tools like Salesforce and Salesloft (training provided)

4. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in the financial services sector
  • Book 20-25 qualified meetings per quarter for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth lead handovers
  • Complete a 4-month onboarding programme to build sales skills
  • Share insights and strategies to help improve outreach
