We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Consultant to join a leading Fintech business. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organisation that distributes its product via IFAs and handles a high volume of inbound enquiries. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a tangible impact on business growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to a high volume of inbound enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IFAs, providing them with expert advice and support.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to drive business growth and develop new client relationships.
  • Conduct client meetings both face-to-face, over the phone, and virtually to present solutions and drive engagement.
  • Demonstrate initiative in managing your pipeline, ensuring a structured and strategic approach to business development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and contribute to the overall success of the business.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role within Financial Services, ideally within a Fintech environment.
  • Strong understanding of working with IFAs and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach to work.
  • Confidence in managing client interactions across various channels including face-to-face, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools to track and manage client interactions.
