- Proven experience in a business development or sales role within Financial Services, ideally within a Fintech environment.
- Strong understanding of working with IFAs and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
- A self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach to work.
- Confidence in managing client interactions across various channels including face-to-face, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools to track and manage client interactions.
