We are currently recruiting on behalf of our highly regarded US law firm clients. They are seeking to hire a Business Development Specialist on a full-time, permanent basis in their London office.

With hybrid working arrangements (4 days in, 1 day working from home), a highly competitive salary of circa £50,000 is on offer as well as a fantastic benefits package.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Business Development Manager in Europe.
  • Collaborating with lawyers in London and European offices.
  • Supporting business development efforts including marketing, communications, and events.
  • Assisting with preparing pitches, RFIs, and RFPs, including research, coordinating collateral, and assembling materials.
  • Tracking relevant market developments.
  • Supporting special projects such as overseas business development trips/events.
  • Preparing draft submissions for legal directories, awards, and industry guides.

Previous experience in business development, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment is preferable as well as strong marketing and communication skills. Experience within the financial practice group is advantageous but not essential.
