As a D365 Business Central Developer, you will be responsible for building and implementing functional applications. You will produce clean, efficient code based on the specifications provided for a diverse client base. You will manage client requests, queries, and problems, ensuring they are resolved effectively. This full-time hybrid role requires excellent teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to manage your workload independently and under direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop clean, efficient AL code based on specifications.
Collaborate with clients throughout the development lifecycle (occasional on-site work may be required).
Integrate software components and third-party programs.
Verify, test, and deploy applications.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
Produce detailed software documentation.

Communication Skills & Relationships:

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills are crucial for this role. You will develop strong client-facing skills, with excellent written and oral communication abilities to interact with personnel at all business levels.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role (minimum 2 years).
Strong understanding of Business Central.
Proficient in AL programming.
Comfortable using Git source control and Azure DevOps.
Experience with API principles and REST APIs.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Experience with unit testing in AL.
Experience working with cloud technologies (Azure or AWS).
Strong understanding of software design principles.
Excellent communication skills.

Bonus Skills

Proficient in C#.NET programming.
Experience with Azure technologies.
Understanding of ASP.NET.
