Salary: £45,000 pa - £55,000 pa + £22,000 pa On Target Earnings.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients across the DACH region.
  • Conduct market research to identify key decision-makers and business opportunities.
  • Develop outbound strategies and execute targeted outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into valuable business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes.
What You’ll Bring
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, or lead generation, ideally in SaaS or B2B technology.
  • A proactive and resilient mindset with a passion for relationship building.
  • Clear personal goals for your own career and ideas of how to acheive them.
  • Strong communication skills and a data-driven approach to sales.
  • Experience using CRM tools and outreach platforms is a plus.
