What You’ll Do- Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients across the DACH region.
- Conduct market research to identify key decision-makers and business opportunities.
- Develop outbound strategies and execute targeted outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into valuable business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes.
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, or lead generation, ideally in SaaS or B2B technology.
- A proactive and resilient mindset with a passion for relationship building.
- Clear personal goals for your own career and ideas of how to acheive them.
- Strong communication skills and a data-driven approach to sales.
- Experience using CRM tools and outreach platforms is a plus.
