Overview 

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Development Account Executive to join our client' team. As a Development Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business and managing client accounts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities 

  • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the company's client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive sales strategies and techniques
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and market changes to capitalise on new business opportunities 

Experience 

  • Prior experience in a similar role as an Account Executive, New Business Executive, or Commercial Executive
  • Proven track record of driving new business and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management and account development
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment 

Day-to-day 

  • Conducting prospecting and outreach to potential new clients
  • Participating in client meetings and presentations
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns
  • Analysing market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
  • Tracking and reporting on sales performance and client interactions
