Our client is a well-established Executive Search and Interim Recruitment company founded 10 years ago. Based in London and having 10 staff, they are now seeking an experienced PPC Manager.
Current Google PPC ads spend is £7.5k per month. The most recent external PPC manager did not have Executive Recruitment sector experience and did not have a reliable tracking CRM such as HubSpot and so, despite huge manual data analysis efforts, failed to improve PPC performance and ROI. The business is a high value, low volume business. The target is to get 20 new web leads per month.
Key tasks:
- Review recent Google PPC performance and ROI
- Work with HubSpot to develop a new strategy aimed at substantially increasing the number of new business web leads received each month.
- Implement the new Google PPC strategy
Ideal candidate profile:
- Experienced and successful Google PPC / Paid search Manager
- Track record of success in the Recruitment sector - ideally Executive Search market
- Experienced user of HubSpot
- Available part time
