The Role:

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the company's services and the industries they serve
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Proactively reach out to new clients, build relationships, and secure business meetings for the field sales team
  • Follow up on inbound leads via phone and email, educating and nurturing prospective clients to secure their interest
  • Build rapport with key decision-makers to schedule new business meetings
  • Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to maximize profit within existing accounts

  • Educated to degree level or with relevant sales/performance based experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - THIS IS A MUST
  • Ambitious and driven, with a focus on hitting targets and advancing within the company
