Candidate Profile for the Lettings Progressor
They are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with previous tenancy progression experience. Given the structure of the team, this role requires someone who is confident in taking charge of deals, managing the process independently, and ensuring smooth communication between negotiators, tenants, and landlords.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire tenancy progression process
- Drawing up tenancy agreements and relevant lettings documents
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and referencing companies
- Maintaining the property database and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Chasing outstanding documentation and ensuring all files are complete before move-in
- Handling invoices and tenancy-related payments
- Supporting the team with additional ad-hoc administrative tasks
This role is fully office-based, as the Lettings Progressor plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within the office.

- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm (no weekends)
- £28,000 - £38,000 (depending on experience)
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Closed over Christmas
