They are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing and Business Development (BD) Executive to support their Private Client and Tax divisions. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled marketing professional to contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm.
Role Overview:As the Marketing & BD Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and business development strategies for the firm's Private Client and Tax departments. Working closely with the BD&M for Private Client/Tax, Partners and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving client engagement, brand visibility, and the growth of these key practice areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to support the Private Client and Tax divisions.
- Collaborate with Partners to identify business development opportunities and support lead generation efforts.
- Manage and execute the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Plan and oversee the organisation of events, webinars, and client seminars.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
- Assist with client relationship management, including tracking and reporting on key client activity.
- Support the firm's PR and media strategy to enhance visibility within key sectors.
- Work alongside the wider marketing team to ensure consistency of messaging across all channels.
- Coordinate and track budgets for marketing initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in legal or professional services marketing and business development.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, business development initiatives, and the private client and tax sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to think strategically.
