One of the UK’s most talked about law firms is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join a vibrant, dynamic and award-winning team.

The successful candidate will enjoy a broad role and will be given the responsibility and autonomy to drive forward projects which have a real impact on the business. The firm are looking for someone who is confident working independently as the majority of your time will be spent working remotely, although it will be possible to work from the London office if that is preferable, and there is plenty of support available from other members of the team. The Marketing & Business Development Executive will work with the team to come up with new ideas and campaigns to reach clients and potential lawyers. Working alongside the Business Development Manager and Senior Marketing & Business Development Executive, you will create pitches and proposals, collating key pitch documents, and will be responsible for maintaining the firm’s current client list and attending networking sessions to raise the team’s profile and support lawyers. On the marketing side, you will assist with the coordination of all events run internally in the firm’s London office and organise merchandise stock for events and maintain the online merchandise store. The role holder will also support legal directory submission tasks for Chambers UK and The Legal 500.

With a can do attitude and high attention to detail, ideal candidates will have proven business development and marketing experience ideally gained whilst working within a professional services environment. Tenacious and emotionally intelligent, the Marketing & Business Development Executive should have a high level of written English, especially spelling and grammar, and superior organisational skills, being able to multi-task and manage a range of activities in a timely and efficient manner. The ability to think creatively and outside of the usual legal confines when necessary will be essential. Previous experience of InDesign would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
